The two View menu commands Input Mode | Summary/Preview toggle the question screen's display between 'input' mode and a 'draft preview' of question's text in WebSurvey. The bulleted 'view' in the drop-down menu is the one currently displayed on the screen. This toggle also exists as a button in the standard button toolbar as 'S' or 'I' at the right of the toolbar.

• Input Mode
  The design display in which the designer can see all the default fields of a question record and their respective elements that help the designer fill in the field. Such elements may include drop-down menus, checkbox fields, input buttons, etc.
• Summary/Preview
  The design display in which the designer can see how the question text will display in WebSurvey, where the input boxes will appear, what textual elements have been added, including color, font, spacing, and layout in alternate languages.

  Below the WebSurvey view of the question text is a Summary of the question's fields in a spreadsheet-like layout with two columns: Property (or Field) and its Value.
