Dialing International Calls

DialVision will not allow international calls to be dialed.  If the Agent needs to place an outbound international call, it must be done manually with the soft phone.

The phone number of the international respondent will be provided in the DialVision screen. 

NOAA campaign only

Dial:  74011 plus the complete international phone number (Country, city, and extension).  Press the green phone icon when you have completed dialing.

Example: 74011+331+456+8411

This should successfully dial the respondent.  When finished, finalize the call in DialVision.
