The Ohio Department of Job and Family Service commissioned the Closed Cases study, a three part research project consisting of a Computer Assisted Personal Interview (CAPI) survey given over the phone and in person, analysis of administrative data, and qualitative interviews with County Directors, case workers, and community groups.  The goal of the research project was to evaluate the effects of welfare reform in Ohio. This web site provides access to the questionnaire used in the CAPI survey, the data collected from it, and the final report.
