Video, audio, and graphic images may be associated with most question types. A video (*.mpeg, *.MPEG) might be played to ask for a respondent's opinion of the video.
The Video button has two phases that indicate to the designer whether video is assigned or not assigned to a question:

In the image below, video files are assigned via the Video Name field.
