First things first - WELCOME! We are extremely pleased that you will be joining the team for interviewing.

The Training Guide and Exercise Booklet

These materials form an independent instruction component consisting of 6 modules that lead you through your training and guide you through the entire interview process. We designed it to provide an easy-to-follow format that allows you to complete the training at your own pace.

Complete each module in sequence. Do not skip or rearrange the order of the modules, as the guide has been designed to take you through the steps of completing an Ohio Housing Needs Study case. Also, be sure to complete all the exercises for each module and have an understanding of it before moving on to the next. If questions arise while you are conducting the independent training, you may contact your trainer for assistance.
